No longer have a venue....great!

So yeah, after being super excited because we thought we had found "the" one it turns out we havent, we wanted to use The Spanish River Library in Boca Raton because we had some friends that lived there (in Boca) it turns out that to get the rate we wanted which was $800 plus deposit and fees we need to find someone that lives in EAST boca....guess what'? EVERYONE lives in west boca....
We are meeting with Cathy Spee this weekend for invites and I was hoping to get started on the invitations but no venue yet...so I guess we gotta keep looking for another venue or someone in east boca

    yes i know this sucks big big time
    I was looking at PalmBeach town center  but they are not picking up their phones
    Does anyone know if its pretty?
    We are on the thightest budget ever since i am a student and is the one with the weight for the wedding
    $800 was perfect for us :'( im so sad and this just has given me the biggest headache
    only 4 months left no venue, thank God we are doing only cocktail reception and party otherwise i would be fainting right now

    I'm sorry it didn't work out.  There are some great places out there that are affordable, just take a bit more time to find.  Are you looking for a reception site only or ceremony and reception?  And what cities are you interested in?  Maybe myself or some of the other girls can suggest places.

    Well here is the information
    I want a venue under $1000
    I really really dont want a banquet hall its always been my biggest nightmare, I just want something very simple, I loved the spanish river library http://www.bocalibrary.org/room_requests/room_request.html because it was so open and I would just put some lounge couches and high tables and daaaannce all night! We are only doing a cocktails and hors d'oeuvres., thankfully we have a great florist who will help us (she is a close friend so whatever we cant get through her she will take us to find it and even volunteered to help us do the arrangements)
    I just really wanna find a venue!! :-(
    we are trying to do something nice for our wedding without spending too much, we want to go on a 20 day trip to colombia and argentina as a honeymoon and that is our priority

    Really, any help would be appreciated!!!

    Ok! lol I finally found this place I was thinking about but couldn't remember the name...it's the Miramar Cultural Center and they also have a beautiful garden area you can rent out and girl...it is affordable, check it out. They also have reception menus. You also have to be or know a Miramar resident to rent it, I believe:
