  Well your BMs could wear a light pink dress or if you don't care if you are the only one wearing white then you could have them wear an ivory dress with a pink sash.
  
  As for your flowers I would do a mix of white (cream/ivory/white) and pink to have a more vintage feel.

  I agree. I think this would be beautiful! Also, if you pick a pink dress, have more ivory than pink flowers and if you pick an ivory dress with pink detail, have more pink than ivory flowers. Just so both the flowers and the dresses stand out.
