My 7 mile run was relatively unsuccessful, but I'm not too worried about falling behind. This week is when it starts to pick up quite a bit.
M - Strength and stretch (I did biceps and back, with tricep dips and abs)
T - 4.5 mile run
W - 3 mile run
Th - 4.5 plus strength (I will do chest and shoulders)
F - rest
S - 50 minutes cross (most like the bike or elliptical or a combo of both)
S - 8 mile run. <-- this will be my LONGEST DISTANCE EVER. I'm nervous/excited for it.
