    I wish my make up artist hadn't moved, she was awesome and did airbrush, which I highly recommend.

    Check out European Day Spa and Salon Vivace.  Also I think Jon Bre in Yorktown will travel for hair and makeup, so I would check there also.

    When I called Salon Vivace, they didn't have any packages for brides and everything was paid per visit, so trial, etc were all separate charges.  That may have changed since when I called they had just opened and maybe not realized the bridal market in the Williamsburg area.
