  I didnt book them, but I was between them and my photographer. When I was researching them, I really only found good reviews. I thought they seemed really nice and did great work. I just didnt like that they wouldnt guarentee giving me my high res photos on a CD after the wedding and stuff like that. But otherwise they seemed really great

  We looked at them early on as they have a great reputation and are a full-service studio-based photographer.  That said, we will a little turned off after meeting them.  Their work is very nice and they offer lovely albums, but it didn't seem to stand out to us given their prices which we felt were a bit high.  I also didn't like how cagey they seemed to be about discussing price, obtaining rights to the disc, etc.  I also couldn't help giggle at the big deal they made out of their celebrity shots; it's not like celebs hired them to do their portrait or an album cover, they were essentially red carpet grab shots. 
  
  Ironically, as we worked our way through the process, we found ourselves much more attracted to smaller independent photographers.  We found more creativity and flexibility as well as better pricing.

  I used them for my Oct 2010 wedding. I actually was in there yesterday picking up some prints. I had an amzing experience and plan to use them as my family photographer go forward. We had Rich as our main photographer and Sammy as our second shooter the day of. If you want to see my online proofs from my E-pics or wedding, send me a PM and I will gladly share with you or if you want additional information. I am getting all of my pics on high res CD with the delivery of my albums.
