Ceremony Only Locations

I need some help! I need some ideas on a ceremony only location (preferably outside) in NOLA, Kenner, or Metairie area. I love the Popp fountain at City Park, but I am not sure if I can just rent it for a ceremony I am waiting on the lady to get back with me on that. I also am looking into Lafrenier Park but there is not much info on their website.

    City Park has several locations that can be rented - the fees vary.  We worked with April Laughlin, alaughlin@nocp.org to set ours up, we are using the Peristyle which is close by Popp bandstand.   Audubon park also has several outdoor ceremony locations.  Newman Bandstand is the most wedding-y, but I think it books up quickly.  I had friends get married at the Tree of Life in Audubon Park but it is not a shelter, and there's no formal rental, just a "show up with chairs and hope no one else has the same plan" type thing.  http://www.auduboninstitute.org/shelter-rentals

    I love the peristyle too BUT they said no music! what are you doing about that for your ceremony?? Who are you renting chairs from??

    Check out the Irish Cultural Museum, it's in the French Quarter. They have a beautiful courtyard and really nice areas for getting ready/waiting for the ceremony for both the bride and bridal party and the groom/groomsman. www.icmnola.com

    It's not in metairie or Kenner, but Stella Plantation is a great option.  It's outdoor, beautiful, and there are plenty of options for locations for the ceremony.  They are very flexible about pretty much everything.
