Need Help With Wedding Program Wording...

I am working on a template for our Wedding Programs and i'm not sure on the wording for Deceased Grandparents. My Grandmother on my dads side and my FI's Grandmother on his dads side are the only living grandparents, but we would like to include all the names. What is the appropriate wording?

    On the back of ours we're just going to put a memorial thing that says "On this special day, we remember those grandparents that have passed, but whose spirits remains with us: John and Jane Smith" Or something like that, I'm not sure exact wording.

    Ok, thanks!  I wasn't sure how it should read.  My FI also has a sister that has passed away so we would like to include her in it as well, and it would make sense to have it as "In Memory Of..." section separate.
