I just talked to a few friends tonight that are doing the program and they said it really is insane and they're all guys! They did say that once you get used to pushing yourself, it's not as terrible as it is in the beginning. I was originally completely against actually "working out" or doing any programs because, well, I hate it... but I think I might try it out, too!! Good luck!
My fiance and are starting insanity on Monday. We're doing it together to keep ourselves motivated, and because its something you can do from home, as it doesn't require too much equipment. I haven't heard too much about it other than the "insanity" part, but good luck to you!
