Does anyone know of a good alterations place for wedding dresses in the Pittsburgh area? I heard davids bridal does a horrible job!

    I am looking for the same! We need recommendations!

    A friend of mine used David's and they messed her dress up. They cut it too much.

    Styles by Christine 412-771-9779 she has done many of my bridesmaid dresses in the past.  She does a fantastic job and is very reasonable.

    I would highly recommend Clarissa's Boutique on the south side (carson st).  They have been doing it for a million years, know their stuff, and very pleasant to work with.  Plus I found their rates reasonable.  I bought my dress online so had a hard time finding someone to alter it (most only do work on dresses that you bought from them), but Clarissa's was great.
