  I know people start wanting to plan military weddings thinking there is pomp and circumtance to it.  There really isn't.  He can wear his uniform.  His GMs and other guests can wear their uniforms.  You can have a sword/saber arch, depending on rank.  Anything else is just decoration. 
  If he wants to wear his uniform, he can do that for the Marine part of your question.  For the French and Spanish, look up traditions and incorporate them into your wedding ceremony or reception.  Serve French and Spanish food.  Instead of a traditional wedding cake and groom's cake, serve a croquembouche (French wedding cake)  http://frenchweddingcakes.com/?page_id=33 and a Spanish cake which is filled with fruit and almonds.

  thanks very muck the milatarywe were doing uniform and the swords and that was it the spanish and french part that is kicking my butt

  Hmm... perhaps try a poem read concurrently in Its native language and English? Like a line in Spanish, then someone else reads the same line in English, through the poem. Same for French. I don't know French much, but for Spanish, Federico Garcia Lorca has some beautiful work. My friends are an American and a Spaniard, and they did their entire wedding ceremony like this.
