Rental items

I am potentially looking to rent several items for my reception. I am looking for ideas on vendors. I am looking for: linens, chair covers, backdrops, china and flatware.

Thanks!

For chair covers, I'd recommended I Do Chair Covers in Sylvania.  I used them for my wedding in 2008 (supplied by my venue), and my sister used their DIY option this past August (she got married in Columbus).  They are reasonably priced and have lots of colors of sashes - I was able to find the perfect color to match my wedding.  Their web site is http://www.idochaircovers2.com/.

I used All About Elegance.  She's based out of Ypsilanti, but her prices are good, so it might be cheaper, even with the delivery fee.  If you keep an eye on her website (allaboutelegance.net), she offers specials occasionally.  I ended up getting covers and sashes set up for 1.50/chair!

I used I Do Chair Covers also.  She did a wonderful job!  There are a ton of options available.

Candlelight Occasions and Your Perfect Day are pretty good for cost and selection.

We used Your Perfect Day for our chair covers and backdrops.  Her chair covers are $2.25 and that includes setup and tear down.  They also have a few different backdrops to chose from.

My mom recommended that I try Meredith Party Rentals in Toledo. Her friend uses them a lot, and their website makes it look like they rent anything you could possibly want.
