Ceremony DJ need HELP!

I AM STUCK!!!

My ceremony and reception is at two seperate locations and I have a reception DJ, but the problem is that he cannot perform for the ceremony. I really cannot afford to pay another DJ ($500-600) to play at the ceremony. Also, I can't see paying that much for an hour worth of time.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

    Have you thought about looking into a string trio, or duet?  Or anyone that plays live instruments?  I don't think they charge as much as a DJ - not as much equipment to lug around.

    We used Bay Strings for our ceremony and cocktail hour.  Super easy to work with.  They offer a wide array of arrangements - all strings, pianos, two people, three people, etc.  Worth checking into.
