return address on wedding invitations

Hello Ladies!I'm using clear return address labels to use on our wedding invitations..we're doing our own invites to save some money.My question is..my fiance' & I have lived together for five years so how should I address the return labels?My name only?Both our names..with his or my name first?Address only?Thanks for the help!

    We did our own as well, used my name and fiance's name on both the invite and the RSVP.  But the return labels on our TY cards is small and only allows for 1 name so I just put fiance's.  If space is limited you can just put one name, I don't think anyone wil pay that much attention.

    We used my name and our address.  It's what the lady at the store did and we didn't both to change it.  No one really looks/notices/cares.

    We did both first and last of each of us. Same thing for the return labels for RSVP's.

    Are you talking about the return address on the invitations or the address on the rsvp envelope? Return address: Address only; no need for names. RSVP: We did both our full names. Why would you do only your name when it's the wedding of the two of you and you both live in that house? I think "Smith-Jones Wedding" is kinda goofy (and the blatant wrongness of addressing something to a wedding just kind of annoys me), but to each her own.

    Whose name is on the top line of the invitations as the host of the event? That's who is inviting the guests (requesting the honour of their presences). If you and FI are on the top line, then the return address would be yours: Smith-Jones Wedding 1313 Mockingbird Lane Toledo, OH 43522 If your parents' names are on the top line, then the return address would be theirs: Mr. and Mrs. Robert Jones 555 Elm Street Toledo, OH 43577
