    What a great thread!!I'm Gujarati, FI's family is of Welsh/Irish origin (unfortunately as he's gotten older, his red hair has turned more brown)We both speak English, although my mom's trying to teach him Gujarati, it's very entertaining.I don't watch hindi movies.I've never seen So You Think You Can Dance? My favorite Indian dish, honestly, is chaat.Too many family traditions to list :)

We both speak English, and a little Spanish :).  And then I speak Hindi, and he speaks GujuratiFavorite Indian movie?Hmm...my favorites have always been Chandani, Mughal-e-Azam, Umroa Jaan, and K3GDo you watch So You Think You Can Dance?No.Favorite Indian Dish?This is tough - but I LOVE Dahl & Rice.  And my dad's butter chicken!  And my mom's kheer!A family tradition you'd like to pass onto your children.Celebrating holidays, especially Diwali.  Knowing about both our languages and religions.  And being proud about their heritage!
