Kenneth Stillman Video.... Any one used him and waiting for video???

My friend got married last July and is STILL waiting for the video from Ken Stillman.  She hasn't gotten much response from when she called a few times.
Any one else having issues?

    I used him in March.  I've had absolutely no problems getting in touch with him.  In fact, he has given me an update on when he thinks my video may be ready.

    You arent alone in waiting for the video, there have been other posts about this.  The only thing I can suggest is asking for an update on when he thinks it will be done...

    When I booked, he did tell me 6 months to 1 year for the full video.  I think his work is worth it, I'd rather have a great video than an average or crappy one that comes back to me fast.  sometimes things in life are worth the wait...

    I think it's widely known that he takes about a year so I would imagine they'll be getting it soon. And while a year may seem like a long wait, I've seen videos from other companies that come back in 60 days and they are complete crap. I don't think it's too unusual for a good video to take that long. I know Tangerine Media is about a year wait as well.

    my friend used him last July too and is still waiting on her video. I wonder if we have the same friend? lol

    I'm using him for my Sept wedding and my other friend just used him for her wedding last weekend. So we'll see how long it takes.

    Yeah we used him in December and we are still waiting. He had told us it would take at least 6 months so I don't mind waiting but now he isn't responding to my emails.  He had told me my video would be arriving within 10 days and that was over 3 weeks ago.
     A few other girls over on the nest are still waiting for their videos and are not getting a response from him either.

    Lurker here...I was married March 2009 and still have not recieved my video.  So currently were a week away from 17 months out.  I have called him twice and left messages as well as emailing him once...I have not recieved any response. As to be expected I am getting pretty pissed off.

    Well after posting the above post, I attempted to contact Ken again and lo and behold he just responded. He told me my video was done and was being mailed out tomorrow. Well, hopefully I recieve it soon.

    Has anyone gotten their videos yet?  I saw his work online and really liked it....I'm just very nervous about booking him with all the concerns other brides have expressed.

    I was married on 10/17/2009 and have not yet received my video.  My husband and I have been trying all methods of communication (various email addresses, phone, facebook) and we have not received a response in months.  He contacted us in September for a song selection but since then we have not been able to get a return email or phone call.  Does anyone who has been able to get in contact with him have any suggestions for what worked?

    Yes, we are having the same problem.  Been emailig and calling with no response.  That's the part that concerns me.  He appears to be very busy but wouldn't it just be common courtesy to reply in some way, shape or form.  We just contracted for raw footage because we know someone who can edit.  It's been 4 months since the wedding which wouldn't be a long wait for an edited version but wouldn't raw footage just take very little work and basically putting it in the mail?
