Meet&Greet with young children, location help

I am looking for a location for our meet&greet that's preferably a buffet (my family reeeeeeeeeally likes to eat...) and close to the strip area so that guests don't have to walk too far. My only concern is that we will have guests traveling with young children, and my entire family on my mom's side is from Tennessee, and VERY traditional and religious. I am hoping to find a place that's located in an area where we don't have to walk by too many ...hmm how to word this... "questionable" areas. Do any locals know of casino buffets that are positioned in an area closer to the door, or in an area where there is less chance of "offensive" content for some of our guests? I guess my panicked thought is just that the enterance to the buffet will be right next to something such as the Pleasure Pit at Planet Hollywood. I think something like that may be a little extreme for some of my guests.

The Paris buffet in is their little "shop/parisian town" hallway- its surrounded by little gift shops and other small food places. If you come in from the parking garage you don't even have to cross through the casino. Plus Paris as a whole is much more tame than somewhere like PH so even the casino shouldn't be a big issue. Mandalay Bay is also pretty tame- its along the outskirts of the casino but again no risque parts of the casino.

I second Paris- we stayed there last year and I'd say it's a very family-friendly option

Local girl totally agree with the Paris. Don't have them walk down the strip at all!  They are handing out graphic material that would probibly be offensive to them and would upset your family.  The going through the garage is the better way to go!  Or Valet!

I would say excalibur. It's very family friendly & their buffet is really good

Great ideas! Thank you all SO much for your help!! These sounds absolutely PERFECT!We chose Vegas because my fiance's father is terminally ill, and cannot travel. I was very hesitant at first, but after being educated about Vegas weddings I think it's an absolutely BEAUTIFUL place to be married (but pretty darn pricey)! However... i'm from a very small town in Tennessee, and my family all still lives there (i've been in California for years). None of my family from out there have ever been to Vegas, and most haven't been farther than the Mississippi, so Vegas will be a HUGE culture shock to them! I'm trying to find ways to put Vegas... delicately, so that they can be slowly introduced to the idea, and be as comfortable as possible. =) Thank ya'll so much for your suggestions!

We had our rehearsal dinner at the Bellagio Buffet and had our nephews there who were 10 months, 2.5 years and 4.5 years old and they were brilliant with them.  You have to walk through a small area of the casino but to wander through the conservatory first is beautiful!  You can also reserve a large table with them too if you need too.xx
