A good friend does a booth at a farmer's market on weekends. I was guilted into going, and I'm so happy I did. I have tons of every fruit and veggie. Just not sure what to do with everything! I've been making fruit salads, smoothies, berry crisp pies, vegies in tomato sauce, roasted veggies, grilled veggies.I feel healthier than usual, but wow does all the fresh produce produce some gas!
