    **I am dealing with some Gluten issues, so I am planning to go Gluten free starting tomorrow to figure out what the issues are. I am hoping this will make me feel better, and will help me loose some weight! (

    B: Frosted mini wheats with 1% milkL:TBDD: Grilled chicken, salad, and riceE: 6week6pack (already did this morning) & long walk later with the dog and FI, the weather is going to be great all week so I'm hoping adding the walking will help with the weight loss. Fingers crossed!!
