  You probably have to order in groups of 10-25. I'd say go with 110 if possible, so you don't have too much left over. 100 wouldn't be enough for comfort personally.

  Envelopes I would order maybe 5-10 more. I figured out my printing formatting on one, running it through the printer several times and changing the font color for tests so I'd know which print was which. When I got it where I wanted it, I changed it back to the real font color and printed my first address to make sure it was all aligned. I only wasted 2 envelopes total.Cardstock...figure you're probably going to mess up the first few with your cuts or prints, but do the same thing to align them as you did for the envelopes. But I didn't mess up more than 5 of those total with all the taping, printing, ribbon, etc.

  What size pack do they come in For 89 I woudl have had the option of 75 or 100  so what is the next size you can order?

  They are all individually priced so I think I can order whatever number I decide on. I'm ordering the 5.25x7.25 evelopes and 5x7 panel from cards and pockets.

  ::butts in from lurk-dom:: Are you ordering the precut inserts? If so, make sure your printer can print on them because mine got all wonky and I ended up ordering the cardstock in full-sheet form and cutting them to the size I wanted.
