Going to drop off final payment tonight...it was pretty depressing practically emptying my whole life savings today at the bank for all my vendor payments...Tonight's the big one -- venue! I seriously cannot believe I'm getting married in 3 days....tomorrow will be my "post" how bizarrrre

    i took a big "gulp" paying the remaining due on my first 50%...haha...I can't even imagine what it's going to be like with all those final payments!That's so exciting though!!!

    I know!  We just did our 50% payment and that hurt.  All that saving, just to see the account take a big hit again.  It'll all be worth it though!

    that is one of the reasons we wanted a long engagement, we each are putting money into a joint account that we opened after the engagement party, and paying all our wedding expenses from that, so it doesnt seem like we are spending so much since it is spaced out and we arent draining our individual savings accounts
