Time flies!!!

Has anyone else notices how quickly your engagement has flown by?  It seems like it was yesterday that I had 15 months to go and now I'm only at a little more than 9!  We're pretty much done with planning though.  We just have to do the tasting and finalize the caterer and find a DJ!  I just found by BM gifts too!  I'm having custom bezel set garnet necklaces made for them by an etsy seller.  yay!  I can't wait to see them.

    OMG yes!!! we started planning at 13 months....we have 67 days until our wedding i could pee my pants im so excited!

    Yeah! It seems like only last week I was look at the countdown while it was in the 200s ... now its only 24 days away!!! Amazing how fast time goes by!

    Wow! I envy you, I had a total of 8 months, and now about 3 to go, and I still haven't finalized the DJ, JP, or done anything for BM gifts! The time has flown so fast I hope I can get it all done!I think I'm the worst motivated bride ever.. anyone wanna take over? :) I wish I could have someone else plan it, just show up on the day and not worry about a thing!

    Geez, you guys are even closer than I am!  I have a feeling I'm going to blink my eyes and the wedding is going to be here.  I'm so excited, but I also don't want it to pass me by without being able to savor it.

    YES!!! I can't believe we have almost been engaged for 6 months and tomorrow is our 2 year mark!!!!!!!!!! YEA!!! Time really does fly! Let me know if you need any DJ recs!!!

    Kim (kls114) I just looked at your planning bio.  What kind of a DJ package are you doing with Jimmy Dee?  We've spent so much $$$ on our ceremony and cocktail hour musicians (members from the American Classical Orchestra in NYC), so we're trying to keep the budget reasonable for the DJ.  I'd love to know what kind of rates they quoted you.  I hate how 99% of the DJs don't list their pricing on their sites and you have to give them all your personal info before they give you any detailed information. :-(

    They are SO accomidating it is not even funny! Entertainment was really high up on my list so I was willing to splurge!!! They have such a variety of packages!!! What are you looking to spend?

    We haven't set a specific dollar amount for the DJ, but we'd like to keep it as low as possible without sacrificing the quality.  Did they send you any info on their different packages?  Would love to see it if they did.  You can email me at clee5910 at gmail dot com.  Thanks for your opinion on them!
