Dress shopping

Hi Ladies!I am new to this board. I Live in queens but i am having my wedding in Maryland so I have been mainly chatting with the baltimore board. I want to start dress shopping and I am wondering if anyone has advice of good shops in queens and nassau county i could make appointments at?or even better any I should try to avoid!cheers
