    What style of dinner are you having (pot luck, sit down, buffett, stations)? buffet station What are your main entrees? tilapia with lemon butter sauce and chicken with sashas sauce (sort of alfredo-ey) Are you having a cocktail hour? yes. with my favorite nissley wine. mmmm... What kind of h'orderves are you serving? spinach artichoke dip, crab stuff mushrooms, cheese and crackers with dipping mustard, bacon wrapped scallops, and something else fi added at the last minute that i cant remember Are you having a cake or cupcakes? cake What kind? yellow cake with vanilla icing and white chocolate butterflies for decoration (my cake person says this is exactly what gives wedding cake a bad name)

    Style of Dinner: Sit downMain Entrees: We haven't 100% decided, but I think we're going to go with filet mignon and grilled chicken with crab supremeCocktail Hour: We aren't having alcohol so we're just serving hors d'ouevresHors D'ouevres: TBDCake or Cupcakes: CakeCake flavor: White cake with raspberry filling and chocolate shavings folded in, buttercream icing, and the groom's cake will be chocolate with peanut butter icing!!

    Sit Down/Served 1 Entree-no choice. Dijon-chicken and Filet mignon with whipped potatoes & veggies. YesFruit Display. Bruschetta, fried ravioli, shrimp skewers, and Pepper steak. (They have much prettier names than what I can think of?)Wedding CakeStrawberry shortcake

    We are having a sit down dinner.Our entrees are Roasted Chicken in a Parmesan Cheese Sauce and London Broil in a Rosemary ReductionYes, we are having a cocktail hour.We are serving bruschetta, mini crab cakes, vegetable puff pastries and mini quiche.We are doing a cake and cupcakes! (cupcakes are our centerpieces) :)Cake is dark chocolate with raspberry filling and vanilla buttercream.  Cupcakes are vanilla with vanilla buttercream and dark chocolate and chocolate buttercream.

    What style of dinner are you having (pot luck, sit down, buffett, stations)? no dinner--hors d'oeuvresWhat are your main entrees? no main entreesAre you having a cocktail hour? it's a cocktail wedding!What kind of h'orderves are you serving? The reception won't start until 7:15 or so, so we're doing entirely hors d'oeuvres...basil squares (kind of like sauceless pizza), veggie wraps, pork and beef sandwiches, pasta salads, fruits, cheeses, crackers, and sauces for dipping, crab artichoke dip, spinach dip, bacon wrapped scallops, tuscan chicken bites, and I know there is one more thing...Are you having a cake or cupcakes? I bought my cake today, 22 days before our wedding.  What kind? It's white cake with white buttercream icing with different white paisley (our motif) designs on each of the 3 layers.

BEEF BURGUNDY-braised beef in a red wine reduction finished with mushrooms and pearl onions. CHICKEN FRANCAISE-breast of chicken lightly battered and sautéed in lemon, butter and wine.  PASTA with BROCCOLI-penne and broccoli tossed in a light sauce of butter, garlic and white wine finished with fresh grated parmesan cheese. STUFFED FILET of SOLE-white sole fillets filled with a savory stuffing of chopped scallops and crabmeat. All entrées accompanied by garlic mashed potatoes and a selection of seasoned steamed vegetablesAre you having a cocktail hour? YesWhat kind of h'orderves are you serving?  Station of assorted fresh fruits, veggies and cheeses.
