  I think they'll get lost by the time people will have actually gone to your wedding. You could still try though.What about putting them in OOT bags or passing them out at the brunch the morning after? Friends of mine just sent out a mass email to people asking them to upload their pictures to a site, so it doesn't have to be something printed, necessarily.

  Mrs. B made a very good point about thank you cards. They should be for thanking your guests, not asking them to do a favor.I thought I would say something in the thank you asking them to get on the photosharing site and look at all of our pictures (and hope that might help them remember to upload their own).

  I put a copy on the tables, but also sent a copy with the TYs.  I think if you send it with the invites people might lose them.

  And betrothed, I'm disgusted with most of the comments that you have posted. I don't think I've ever read such judgmental comments in my life. I'm so lucky that the girls I speak to on theknot are nothing like you...I would've never come on here for ADVICE if I would've encountered a big a bitch as you. I genuinely feel awful for your children or your future children, and I think it would be irresponsible of YOU not to invest in their future therapy sessions starting now.   I hate those photo share cards. They actually prevent me from sharing pictures in most cases because they make me think the bride and groom only want pictures in that program not the program I use typically google photo. I do not want to mess around and upload my pictures twice and find a new share site ect. So I just do not share my pictures with brides that want a specific site. However if no specific share site mentioned I will be default email the link to pictures to teh bride and groom usually around 200-400 FYI without photo share cards I got over 8thousand pictures emailed to me. And that did not include the friends of dh that only emailed to him

  You could try, but I agree with Vogt that it would probably get lost by then.  We didn't give out any photo sharing cards and our friends and family that took pics sent them to us right away without needing a little card to tell them to.  I really wouldn't worry about it.

  I love the idea... weddinglens.com doesn't make you subscribe to their service, you can upload them just by going to the site set up by the bride and groom. Everyone that I've talked to or know that has done this before has nothing but raves and "oh! what an awesome idea!" no one has ever had a bird on having to upload their photos to two sites.

  Putting them in the thank you card sounds like a great idea. I also really like this idea rather than having lots of disposable cameras around for people to use.
