The ever-popular toaster? :) How about a nice omlette pan (I love my Cooking with Calphalon one)?  Those are sooo versitile.

This might get kind of spendy but what about a toaster oven?  We have one and a toaster and I never use the toaster, the toaster oven cooks anything from toast and bagels to chicken strips and grilled cheese sandwiches! I love it!

If anyone doth roust me at that hour it's....  I'm with the others and thinking...Shower stuff...  Bath towels (they really add up even just for one set of decent quality towels!).. Gift Card to BB&B or BBW...Breakfast table stuff... If they registered for any dinerware or silverware/serveware..Quickie basket...  Wedding day Emergency kit (don't leave home without it... going to work/going to wedding..)..The thing about Waffle irons, toasters, toaster ovens, coffee/espresso maker... If they aren't already big users of said item (there are exceptions of course! like a KA mixer for example), there's NOTHING worse than having a beautiful (said item) of quality and NEVER using it...  We've got a espresso machine in our basement that we got for a wedding gift that likely will never get used (didn't register for it either) because neither one of us drink coffee...
