I'm trying to figure out how I am going to organize photos and transportation after the ceremony. I'm curious how other people handled this. I want to have the ceremony at Chapel of Flowers (no outside photog allowed) so we'll do group shots with Todd instead of at the chapel. I'm planning to rent a party bus to transport my guests and we'll use the limo supplied by the chapel. The options that I see would be: 1. We all go back to Caesars (or whatever hotel we end up staying at) and meet Todd there for group shots. I'd have to arrange for a limo to meet us there for the remainder of the photo shoot. How is that going to work? It isn't like we'll be in our room to get a call from the limo or even know exactly when we'll be done the photos there in order to meet it. I want photos at the sign with at least the wedding party so after Caesars we'd go to the Sign and then we'd likely have to drop them back off at Caesars before going to the boneyard. I don't want them to have to sit in a limo for an hour while we get photos done. 2. I have Todd meet us at the chapel when our ceremony is over. We all take the party bus to the Vegas sign (problem with this is I don't want to go over the 2 hour rental on the party bus if I don't have to). We can take some photos there and then continue on to Caesars for more group shots. Then we leave the group and continue on with Todd for additional photos on strip and boneyard. I know on a strip tour there is some walking involved. Can I ask what does the limo do while you go off walking? Does it just wait at the front of the various hotels you visit? Again, would love to hear some thoughts on what would work the best?
