Tasting

I am so excited that we are finally having our tasting this week.  We are getting married at The Gershon Fox Room.  Any recommendations for questions to ask during the tasting?

    You are gonna loooovvvve the food! I'm getting married there April 28, 2012, my tasting was in October. I had questions about the presentation etc but honestly Jessica and the chef Mike Kelley were prepared and answered my questions before I could even ask them. You'll taste all the entrees and the wines and meet your server for the day of. Enjoy it!

    We didn't get to try any apps. I imagine it would be hard for them to make enough of every app for the tasting. If there is one or two you are on the fence about, email Jessica and see if they can prepare it for you. I'm not sure it can be done but doesn't hurt to try. lol
