A Couple Random Questions

1. I am having a bridal shower in a couple weeks and I am not sure who I should give hostess gifts to.  I know my cousin and aunt are planning the whole thing, so of course them. BUT my mom, sister, and a bridesmaid are also helping but not necessarily planning it so I am not sure if I should get them something too.  What do you think? Also any ideas on gifts would be greatly appreciated.2. Any good make-up artists you know who dont charge an arm and a leg?? So far I can not find one under $100 and I just dont want to pay that much because I barely wear make-up anyway.

Get your cousin and aunt a nice hostess gift and give the other 3 something small. I used Suzie with Mistique Make-up. I think the cost was about $60. She also does airbrush make-up for a little more if you are interested in that. Not sure of the price, but definitely under $100.

I am having an airbrush trial with Tami Crawford tomorrow.  I can let you know how it goes.  For airbrushing, she is the most reasonable I have found - $65.Also, you can go to MAC at Northstar.  I've gotten my makeup done there before and was pleased with it.  In order to get your make up done you have to buy $50 worth of product.

I also used Suzie Bassett with Mistique Makeup for my airbrush makeup and she was very reasonably priced. Her number is 210-602-9672 and email is mistiquemakeup@yahoo.com .

Loreno- I don't know, but I bet Tony would be up for an unofficial excursion. Go in for a consultation and talk to him about it in person. Or call Folwan's first and see what their policy is- maybe you can avoid the subterfuge altogether.I had Brooke do my hair there, and it came out *exactly* like I wanted. My whole BP, plus my Mom and MIL got mani/pedis, hair, and makeup there. We made a morning out of it, had white wine- sooo much fun. One of my favorite memories of the whole process, really. Hair, including tip, was only $55 a person. Hair and makeup for $80, plus wine and total satisfaction? I don't know of anywhere that can beat that!!
