I was never the bride who dreamed of her wedding her whole life... I, as Carrie Bradshaw once claimed, am missing the bride gene. So when Jay and I got engaged, I instantly turned to a DW...I felt a little lost last summer as I searched for "how-to"s for planning DWs until I stumbled upon this board. Last summer's Knotties may have been different girls, but they shared the same thing we all have in common now - the excitement and feelings of anticipation as we plan our "perfect day" and marry the love of our life! I have seen so many of us go off and come back with amazing stories and advice, and now its finally my turn! Thank you for all the advice, ideas, and most importantly, a place to vent or spend some downtime. I will miss you all! I will be back as a Mrs. next Monday and cannot wait to share everything
