I LOVE ella bridal dress 5554! I tried it on and it was perfect. But the only place that carries it near me is in Ambler and thier price of $1,100 was just too high for my budget. Any ideas?? I dont want a knock off. What to do?

When I was looking for the best price - I just called around to places that carried that line and asked if they had it and home much it was. I would try a couple places in Delaware - there you can save on the tax. I got my dress from Bridals by Sandra in Nazareth and they ordered mine through their sister store, Sue Ames Bridal Outlet in Allentown, and I saved a couple hundred dollars on it.

Check the online sites for a pre-owned dress. I got mine on eBay. It had been worn once, not altered at all, and was in perfect condition. And it was 70% off the list price.

Also, call around to the stores in your area that have it and see if they're willing to sell their sample. Some places will sell you the sample for as much as 50% off.

The website also says Country Bride carries Ella bridals. That is where I got my dress! It lists the West Point location but there is also one in Bensalem if that is closer. They could probably ship to that store if they don't carry it. That is what they did with my BM dress (the sample was sold from bensalem so they shipped the sample from west point over)

Just call every store on that list! Check out NJ and Deleware stores too

I just called counrty bride, they said they'ed call me back. It's great to know they have a store in bensalem. That's where i work! I just called every store in NJ & there are none in DE. So far the Iowest price I got is $1000. Which is better! Thanks!

country bride in bensalem was great for my dress but they were a little rude with the bm's < different consultant ..< the rude one i don't know her name but she was really tall with white/ blonde chin length hair > < my dress consultants name was Christine> she basically ignored us when we had an appointment and then she helped another bride who came in with only 1 bm < all 4 of mine were there!> the only time she bothered with us was when she walked into our dressing room when the girls were changing THEY HAD NO CLOTHES ON AND SHE PULLED OPEN THE CURTAIN REAL WIDE !!! she was trying to take dresses away from them for the other girl who was trying on dresses--its not like they had all the dresses in the store either there were about 5 dresses in there with my 4 girls!!! then she tried to get them all to order bigger sizes than they were ... a few of them had just been in weddings knew their dress sizes! they said they don't work on commission so i guess that entitles the rude behavior

Have you tried Pearl's Place? It's a brick and mortar store in Louisiana which sells to phone customers for a lower cost since you are not taking up their time in store.

No sales tax either since it's online.

My BM bought their dresses there and saves $50-75 each, they had different dresses. They were all very happy.

It looks like I will be avioding country bridal. It did have the dress at $1000. But i dont want to risk a bad experiance.

I tried Frank bernards in Delaware - no luck

Pearls Place does not carry Ella Bridal.
