    I'm in Kingsville (home of the famous King Ranch), it's Southwest of Corpus Christi. I'm ready to be out of Texas. I hate cold weather, but the heat here is a little too intense!

    I take it you aren't originally from Texas :-)? Its ok, its an unusually hot summer this year. I live in College Station now, and we broke 100 in June. We normally don't until mid-July to early-August. How's the humidity down there treating you?

    Nope, I'm from Maryland. With the heat index it's almost always 100 or above here. Unless we go to the pool or beach, we don't really do much outside. It does at least cool down in the evenings so we can take our pup for a walk. I've never been up to College Station. My FI and I love Austin. It's were we would live if it was up to us!
