  The Victorian Rose of Biggs (it is about an hour north of Sacramento) but it is a garden venue outside of a Victorian Home (backyard feel).

  Try Sugar Bowl Resort in Norden, Ca just an hour and a half from sacramento.

  Look into Heirloom Inn in Ione. It's a very quaint town (blink and you might miss it!). But it has a very vintage garden feel to it. Plus, Sherry and all the people she suggests are reasonably priced and great to work with!
