The girls went for coffee, then went golfing and to a nice place for lunch in the morning. The boys went golfing all morning. We met up at the MOH's/Best Man's house for the afternoon, drank, chatted, opened gifts and had BBQ for supper. Then all of us went out in a limo to some of the dive bars in the small towns around Fargo until the wee hours of the morning. It was fantastic.
Just had mine this weekend actually and it couldn't have been better! We went to the beach for the day. Got ready and did habachi (sp?) for dinner and the karaoke. Perfect.
We had a co-ed type party at our best mans house the weekend before the wedding and got absolutely plastered. Then, a few days before the wedding, me and my girls went out for dinner together.
We're doing a bach/bachelorette combo. I think they're planning a vegas night for us (renting tables and hiring dealers/bartenders) but I haven't really heard too much about the details.
My sister is planning a trip to her boat at the coast. I'm excited, but I'd really just like to get 5-6 of my closest friends together and have an 80's slumber party/movie night. I'm a dork.
I'm not doing a bach party. Instead I'm running a half-marathon the morning of our wedding. It's open to anyone, not just girlfriends (my dad is also running), but my bridesman is going to coordinate t-shirts for running wedding guests. I'm going to run with a veil attached to my ponytail holder. We'll have champagne at the finish line--hopefully, that may be illegal. The theme is something like "last single girl race."
Hi sun!I know I'm late, but I'm writing anyway. :)My girls surprised me with drinks at my fave restaurant and then they rented a pink mini limo (that sounds redundant, lol) and took me out to a comedy club and then out for a few drinks. For my friend who doesn't drink, we got a limo and took her to see Legally Blonde on Broadway, then we went out to dinner. It was really nice! Also low key because her 16 y/o cousin was her MOH.
