Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb. The first time I saw it was in my high school AP US History class at the end of the year after we'd taken the exam. Watch out for the flouride in the water!
I love Full Metal Jacket. Without giving anything away, in my opinion, the Vincent D'Onofrio sequence is one of the most memorable set of scenes I've seen in any film. Although the Shining will always be a classic.
The Shining is the only horror movie that actually scared me. I was watching it at night and had to turn it off and finish it during the daytime, it was too freaky.
I'm going to have to go with The Shining.I haven't seen the Clockwork Orange movie, only the stage version, and I really didn't like the way it ended. So basically, when you're young, you can rape and murder and do all sorts of horrible things to people, but then you grow up and you're all good? Um...no.
Full Metal Jacket is one of my all time favorites. I love Clockwork Orange too but could not watch it over and over like Full Metal Jacket. I used to fall asleep to the soundtrack though. I have never seen the Shining. And I am old!
