Help me choose a veil!

It's in ivory, not white. I'm having a lot of trouble even envisioning what veil would go with this! So I figured I'd turn to you experts out there. P.S. We're having an outdoor wedding so I don't want it to look too, too formal.

If you don't want it to look too formal, I would go with a fingertip with beading along the edges to match the beading on the dress.

I think a unembellished fingertip or cathedral would be best...but take your dress into a shop and try some veils on with it to see for sure.

Thanks - I didn't know how to post a clickable link! Fingertip length sounds good - I am debating between a cut edge, beading, or lace trim. Since I didn't buy my dress at a bridal shop - would they still let me try on veils with it? I feel weird about it because it seems those bridal places accessories are super expensive, so I probably would not buy there.

I would go with a fingertip length. Consider how long you're planning to wear your veil on the wedding day. If it's only for the ceremony, I suggest you get something pretty inexpensive. I made the mistake of paying a lot of money for my daughter's veil, only to have her take it off immediately following the ceremony
