I was going to order me a six pence on ebay but then I realized that my grandmother might have one. I called her up and she did! The date on it is 1964 too, which is when my mom was born. Also, apparently it's an English tradition to give the bride a cardboard horseshoe after the ceremony, so my grandmother is going to get one of our family members from England to send one over. I'm so excited to incorporate some of our cultural traditions into the wedding.
