Un-recommendation for Floral Renaissance

I had the WORST experience with Floral Renaissance and am posting this year so that other are aware before choosing to use them for your wedding.I was thoroughly disappointed with Floral Renaissance's work for my wedding.Many things went wrong (and post-wedding they have been unwilling to discuss the errors or refund any of the ~$3500 we paid for their services):1) The bouquet/boutineers were no where to be found at the start of the ceremony, so the ceremony had to go on without them. Imagine a wedding without any of the flowers you had ordered for your entire bridal party, including the bride, when you had PAID for all of it.2) The centerpieces did not match what we had discussed and contracted. They looked horrible and looked like fake flowers instead of the design we had discussed.3) 2 wrist corsages were missing in the delivery.4) The professionalism of the staff is poor -- they have not returned any of my phone calls regarding these matters. I filed an issue with the BBB but Floral ren has not responded to it. During my father's speech, the floral owner in jeans and a tshirt kept walking behind my father, which looks ridiculous to our guests in such a formal event and was distracting. I recommend any other Austin florist over floral renaissance, so that you have one less thing to stress about. This was the only vendor we had any issues with and they have not been willing to discuss any of the issues that we had which shows very poor service.

    wow, thats not cool! I can't believe there are "companies" out there that just dont show up or complete what they started. I am sorry this had to happen to you on your day.

    Wow. That is just incredible. So sorry that happened to you! Good luck getting everything resolved! Did you pay with a credit card? You could always file a complaint with the credit card company and try to get your money back that way.
