Indoor/Outdoor Reception Venue?

Can anyone share venues on Long Island that they have looked at?  Ideally we are looking for something that has an outdoor reception area but also has indoors and only does one event at a time.  We would like an outdoor reception, but the nervous side of me needs to have a backup where the venue can set us up inside if the weather is bad!  Any help would be appreciated!!

Hotel Indigo - very modern hotel in Riverhead with large outdoor pool area where they do weddings and a gorgeous ballroom.
Martha Clara - rustic vineyard with farm animals and a large barn for your reception. this is my favorite out of the bunch.
Sparkling Pointe - vineyard with clean lines reception room is very bright and airy.

Those would be my choices...but as stated, Martha Clara is the tops. each of these only does 1 wedding a day.

East Wind is nice and have both options
Timbepoint Country Club, this is where my wedding is going to be, nice golf courses and a pretty room inside.

Both do one wedding at a time

we had our reception at h arbor club in huntington. only one event at a time (super important) and they have an inside with huge doors to a gorgeous outside patio area right on the water. i dont belive the receptions can be outside per se, but the outside is always open and at night it's gorgeous out there. great water views, boats, etc..

Does anyone have any ideas on renting a large beach house on long island?  I would love to get married on the beach and then have my reception under a tent.  However, i would like the option to have it inside if the weather is bad. I have a lot of family flying in from out of town so they would also need a place to stay that is also near the wedidng......any ideas?  Please help me!
