Horse and Carriage rentals?

I'm getting married next June, and I would love to have a horse and carriage, but i have no idea where to begin.  Every place i search for is in the NYC area.  I live between Rochester and Buffalo.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

    My sister-in-law is getting married 8/1/09 and is having a horse and buggy. My MIL said the place is called Lewiston and they charge a package fee + mileage. I can get the info if you need...
