    Uh yeah.  This is getting pretty effing redonkulous.Does anyone know if the inside workers ended up voting to ratify their agreement?

    I think this whole thing is completely insane. I don't get to bank and cash out my sick days and most people I know don't even GET sick days because they are "contractors"!  They need to get back to work and do their jobs. That is what they are paid for and that is what they need to do.  Unions were historicially formed to protect the physical SAFETY of workers,  not for perks that other workers don't have.
