  I am using Adorra Event Rentals (513.755.5403) and she charges $3.25 for the chair cover & sash and set up (my venue takes them down for me). I have also heard that Frills Rentals is very good and I think they charge $3.00 for the cover & sash, but they have a delivery fee. I'm not using Frills b/c they did not have the color of sash that I needed. You can google Frills - I don't have their number any longer...sorry! Both vendors are very nice!!! Good luck!

  We used Frills (www.frillsrentals.com).  I think they were $2.50 and no delivery fees when we used them but this was over a year ago.

  There is a company called Cincinnati Chair covers (or something very similar) that has been recommended to me by some other vendors. I believe they are $3.50 per chair and they do they set up.

  We used Sphire Elegance. It was $3.50 per chair with sash and set up and tear down. Everything looked so nice They did a great job!

  If you can get ahold of them (some girls have had trouble) L&H Rentals has them for super cheap- like $1 each or something. They deliver anywhere in the Tri State area. They are a family business and are old school- no website, no email. They do their work by phone and snail mail. THeir prices, however, are the cheapest around. 937-855-4510 I used them for literally an entire truckload of rental items and had no issues whatsoever. My wedding was in Hamilton and I even had FREE delivery!

  I got an email with an advertisement for chair covers for $2.50 and it said it is good til the end of august. If you book them for your chair covers, you get 10% off your table linens.HTH!www.LinenHero.com

  I got the email too! Bad thing about it they charge .45 cents per item for shipping, and then you don't have any one to set up or take down. Thanks though I appreciate the reply.

  Oh, it figures! I didn't look at it too closely, because I'm not doing chair covers, just white chairs, which I have to rent for the ceremony anyway!
