CONTEST--retro/vintage badge (with prizes!)
I would like to try to encourage people to check out this board, because I think most knotties on the forums don't even know that our board exists!
So monocle happy cat and I would like to challenge you ladies to create a custom "retro and vintage knotties" banner that we can display in our siggies (if we so choose).
So dust off your photoshop and MS paint skills, and get to work! The banners can be serious, funny, charming, etc. Also--and this is a must--the badges have to represent BOTH vintage and retro weddings! (that's why it's a challenge).
And they should be square (I failed at this below).
This one completely sucks, but I thought I'd put something dumb in here to challenge you to do better.
You can do better than retro monocle happy cat, right? Proove it!
Prizes: (the winner will be chosen by a poll)
choose one of three:
1) $20 gift certificate to your favourite etsy shop
2) 3 lace votive holders made by me (see my bio)
3) a surprise gift from Japan

I'm going to leave this challenge up for a month to see if we can get a contest going.
I was thinking of offering three choices of prizes for the winner:
1) $20 gift certificate to your choice of etsy shop
2) 3 lace votive holders
3) surprise gift from Japan
What do you guys think??
I was going to try, but that's a hard one to beat...plus I kinda suck.
This is going to be a fun competition. Oh please try, Divine! You can surely do better than monocle cat :P I made that in MSpaint in like 5 min. It's all for fun and games anyway!
