my first wedding purchases! PIP

hi guys!

I just made my first wedding purchases, and I thought I would share. It actually feels real now! hahaha

I bought my cake topper from etsy. It has manatees because I love manatees and my FH proposed while we went swimming with them on valentine's day. I love the way the groom is kissing the bride.

I bought my shoes from Marshalls for $32. I have really small feet so when I saw these in my size, I HAD to buy them. They are comfortable and you can't beat that price! I think originally there were for $80.

We traveled to Spain last summer and my mom had bought this mantilla for the ceremony as a surprise! It's beautiful and a meaningful gift from her

I am so excited! Next on my list is the reception venue, but that will have to wait until the end of the semester, as grad school and weddings don't mix well. lol

thanks! the manatees are totally my favorite. The mantilla is so delicate and pretty, I can't wait.

we also bought his wedding ring this weekend.we go into the jewelry store and ask for the budget friendly options and end up falling in love with a ring that's close to $1k, but can finance it so the hit is not so hard. I almost cried when I saw the ring on his finger lol. we walked out after everything was said and done, and all of a sudden we look at each other and go "what just happened???" too funny. But that's an important purchase, so we figured it was worth it.
