Ok, dropped the ball, we're 4 days in and I hadn't posted this month yet... lol

What are your plans/goals for the month of April?

Here are mine:
Bold and red means they are completed

1) Order all parts of the invites from VP
2) Order rehearsal dinner invites from VP
3) Finish aisle decoration flowers
4) Find and order hair fascinator
5) Finish bouquets for each side of the altar
6) Design/print table numbers
7) Create photobooth & Guestbook signs
8) Finish 100 ribbon roses
9) Finish last flower girl headband (I am done all but 1)
10) Finish corsages for - Mom, FMIL, SIL & FSIL

1) Get the cupcake contract finalized & pay deposit

2) Finish (3) DIY projects: ring pillow, garter, & "Here Comes The Bride" sign

3) Start purchasing gifts for my girls

4) Get a facial!

5) Decide on a guest book

6) Start practicing wedding day make-up

7) Get my ears pierced- Done!

8) Lose 5 lbs

9) Buy cardstock for invitations

10) Get postage cost for invites & RSVP's from post office

- Order thank you cards

- Order escort cards

- Order table numbers

- Review proofs of above items and finalize order

- Order a return address stamper (maybe, I need to make sure I know what color envelopes we're getting)

- Order linens

- Contact my aunt about sending me a family heirloom I want to wear for the wedding

- Compile music for the reception

- Work on ceremony draft and double check officiant requirements for county

- Figure out hotel situation for OOT guests and ourselves

- Finalize wedding website

1. Have cake tasting/pick out cake (scheduled for 4/7) - done! i printed out some pictures from pinterest and they said they could match the picture exactly. i'm pretty stoked
2. have cupcake tasting! (4/11) - done and booked! we're having vegan chocolate with vegan vanilla frosting, banana with chocolate frosting, and carrot with brown butter frosting
3. research & book photobooth - booked a meeting for 4/11 - done and booked!
4. research & book hair/makeup place (perhaps have a trial?) - i am in talks with two girls right now that to hair/makeup. planning to have a trial potentially this saturday!
5. research alterations places
6. pick out jewelry & belt
7. begin DIY projects - table numbers, birdcages, scrapbook - started the table numbers and the scrapbook!
8. boudoir shoot! (4/21) - done! this was so much fun!
9. get birth and confirmation certificates from our home parishes -done! just need to bring them into our church
10. book tux appointment (5/12)
11. begin registries - started registries at BBB and amazon!

- Have BM try on dresses (4 out of 5!)

- Make layout of Reception Hall (Done!)

- Meet DJ (Done and made deposit)

- Put money in wedding fund

- Work out at least 3 times a week (Completed so far for the first 2 weeks of April!)

- Look at florists (We went to one...)

- Ring shop for FI (Done!)

- Look at suits for the guys (Check!)

- Continue to update Planning Website

-rethink my shoes (I bought a pair but I think they are too high)

-make a card box (need to go to the craft store!)

-cake tasting (scheduled for april 28th)

-order invitation/escort card/thank you set

I've been on kind of a roll lately so I'm pretty sure I can get all this done. Woot.

This list really helped me lastg month, so I'm doing it again!!!

1) Get out STD ( I know they're really late but they will be here Friday then I'm done)

2) Book the baker. I know who I'm going with we're just finalizing prices prior to sending the deposit.

3) Engagement photo session/which will then become our guest book!
(Booked for April 22)
4) Find a wedding officiant. Put my mother in charge of this...we'll see how that goes.

5) Confirm a florist and get them some ideas of things I like.

6) Find a rehearsal dinner location

I could keep going, but what would I do in May! j/k

FYI, I did great with my list from last month! My girls have their dresses, we had our food tasting, and the STD have been ordered!!!!

5. Look at wedding bands for me (bought FI in March) - will need to re-evaluate budget on this
6. Contact minister about officiating (haven't heard back from him since our last convo in late Feb.)
7. Decide on BM gifts (tote bags are done, make bracelets, and ????)
8. Make layout for tent
9. Contact DJ to set up meeting to go over song choices
10. Send out first payment to DJ
11. Ask FI family friends about doing ceremony music
12. Help FI decide on groomsmen attire
13. Order hair comb
14. Order cocktail napkins (for hor' dourvs, drinks, cake)
15. Apply for passport
16. Decide on honeymoon
17. Finish Mr & Mrs sign for back of reception chairs
18. DIY - sign for fingerprint tree
19. Cut burlap for table runners
20. HONEYMOON IS BOOKED!!!
21. Bought day-of earrings
