I'm from Toledo. I'm going to a concert at The Blossom and was wondering who's been and how they searched your bags/purses.  I want to try to smuggle my telephoto lensed camera in my small shoulder bag without getting caught. Do they just look in your bag or do you have to take everything out?

    They look in your bag.  Does it say that photography is not allowed on your ticket or something because I was there last month and everyone had a camera.

    I was just there for the New Kids concert in June and we all had our camera- you shouldn't have a problem.

    The website says that point and shoot camera are allowed and professional camera are not. I want to take my camera that has removable lenses so that I can put the telephoto lense on it. Most concert places say that that type has too much zoom and aren't allowed.

    I probably wouldn't take the telephoto lense... you'll have to walk it back to your car if they see it.  It can be quite a hike back to the car depending on how crowded it is!

    I don't know about blossom, but I tried going into Tower City Amphitheater with my dSLR camera (and a small lense, not the teli), and they wouldn't let me in.  They will let point and shoot and obviously cell phone cameras, but I'd be careful about your nice camera (you'll be walking a long ways back to your car!)

    I've been searched more at rock concerts than country concerts, but they will find DSLR cameras especially with the larger lenses. Those aren't allowed and you'll have to make the hike back to your car.
