Accountability - Thurs/Fri

Sorry girls, I missed doing this yesterday. Still under the weather so by the time I got home from meeting with my hairdresser I just wanted to crawl into bed! 

How did yesterday go for everyone? Any plans for today?

  • I've been having shin issues so I've been taking it pretty easy with the cardio.  I did get in a great ab workout last night so I am happy about that.  My eating has been OK.  I'm hoping to keep up the healthy eating throughout the weekend, especially the Superbowl.  I also might throw in a little more cardio then I would do because of it ;)
  • yesterday after work, i stopped by the grocery store and got some fruit, so we had grapes as our night time snack instead of cereal so that was a good decision. i also did a lot of cardio and abs yesterday.
    Happily married since 9/1/2012!

  • Yesterday I worked out with Jillian's Michaels Killer Butt and Thighs.  I'm sore today and I love it.  Got a short workout in on the bike.

    I only got to eat twice yesterday.  Cabbage soup for dinner and a Stouffer's vegi lasagna at work.  Nobody was there for me to get something a little better.

    Today I'm going to do 6 week 6 pack and some cardio.
  • I was actually pretty surprised when I weighed in this morning that I maintained. The last week has been fun with cake tastings and other wedding appointments but awful on my diet and exercise. I am getting back on track today and hopefully I'll see a loss next week.

  • Did 2 nights of zumba in a row. I think that's the most I've worked out in years!  Down 3 pounds from the other day- Tuesday I think. I'll do my best to stay on track today and tomorrow so sunday I can "enjoy" the Super Bowl.

    Just because you saw it on Four Weddings, doesn't mean it's a good idea.
  • No work out for me yesterday.  I was so sleepy when I got home from work that I was in bed by 8:30.  Tonight, I have PT and then I'm going to do wedding stuff with my mom so there won't be any working out tonight either.  Hopefully tomorrow morning I can get up and do a workout before FI takes over the TV for Super Bowl weekend.

  • Did some squats, lunges, pushups and Bowflex stuff yesterday.  Feelin the burn today and I love it...I haven't worked out god in awhile!  It made me eat good too.  Going for a walk today if it's not too cold!
  • missed my morning run but will be making it up this evening.

  • Went to bootcamp yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's difficult, but I love that there are others there who are doing the same thing as me. It's been the most helpful thing for me so far! 

    I'm so impatient though and wish I could speed this whole process up! lol I've been good all week except last night I had a small plate of cheesy pasta because it was leftover and I wanted it to be gone from the fridge...shouldn't have done it, but ah well. Movin on to the next challenge!
  • I've been doing well lately, hopefully I will see some progress soon!  FI convinced me to go to the gym with him and I felt so good about myself afterwards :)
