How many cups...

How many cups do I need to stock the bar with? I'm expecting 150 guests.

I'm thinking
9 oz cups for coctails and wine
12 oz cups for soda & water
16 oz cups for beer

How many of each do you think is enough. At this point I'm thinking a case (500) of each. Do you think that's enough? They're all disposable so I'm expecting people to use more than one glass throughout the night.

    If they're disposable, I'd get 2 cases of the 9 oz.  And then I'd get 2 cases of the 16 oz. and use those for soda, water, and beer.  I don't think you'd need a third cup size, but I do think you'll need more than 500 for wine and cocktails (if each guest has three drinks you'll nearly be out....and lots of people drink more heavily at a wedding than other events).

    I 2nd Nola's suggestions. I definitely would serve the water, soda & beer out of the same size cup. It just makes things easier. IMO
