Trendy & Modern Reception Sites?????? NJ / PA

Hi All! I am from Chicago and live in NJ now. I cannot find anything modern for a reception site!! The only place that's modern is the Addison Park in Aberdeen, but there is NO good hotel for my guest near by, the area is run down and it's too costly. I'm going to the Westin and Loews hotels in Philly this week....I'm open! Any suggestions????:)

    I was in a wedding at the Lowe's in Philly and it was amazing! Very trendy and great views of the city.

    I'm getting married at the Cescaphe Ballroom in Philadelphia.  I think what they offer is pretty different/modern.  Their website is www.cescapheballroom.comGood luck!

    Citizens Bank Park, the Diamond Club and Hall of Fame Club are very fun spaces. Not too much baseball stuff either.

    i heard of this new hotel they're opening in Mt. Laurel... its called Aloft.... very trendy and modern... check the website out... http://www.starwoodhotels.com/alofthotels/index.html maybe?? i've just seen them online...havent actually been to the one in Mt. Laurel or anywhere else for that matter... good luck!!

    We  had our reception at the Westin in Mt Laurel, Its only about a year old.  The hotel is beautiful and the Ballrooms are Gorgeous.  We were in the Regency BallRoom, it has huge Crystal Chandlers, the Room decor is pretty modern for a Ballroom and the entire hotel has that contemprary Westin decor, the Bar is great and open until 2AM.  The suite we stayed in was beautiful and so comfy.  Its def worth checking out!  A great feature is the Hotel is SO easy to get to for out of towners!  GL!

    We had our wedding at Adventure Aquarium and it was wonderful!We took all of our photos outside on the river with Philly in the background. We had some issues with hotels being close by, but we just chose a hotel in Cherry Hill (it was only 8 miles) & bussed our guests. There are some pics in my bio.-Linds

    I was also going to recommend The Westin Mt Laurel.  Their ballrooms are amazing and the hotel has a very modern look.  I booked my reception there and I can't wait!!!  Linda123, I hope you had a great experience there.

    Try the Merion in Cinnaminson, Nj also. Beautiful!!

    In philly there is this amazing loft place...called the Chestnut Club at Arcadia Theater...It's chic and modern...Very cool!!!
