BVIP Limo in Medina

Has anybody used this vendor? We are looking at limo companies right now and this one was the least expensive. So we went out to see their fleet in Medina. I had to take off work an hour early to make it here by 4:30 (since the office closed at 5:00). It took us 45 minutes to travel out there. When we got out there the only guy who could show us around was a mechanic who had grease and oil all over him. So even though I made an appointment to discuss the limos and maybe a contract, no one from the office staff was there to help me. The limos were in good shape and were clean... the first impression just wasn't great. It is making me second guess their service a little bit. Any input is appreciated. Thanks.

    Never heard of them and I sure one the other ladies get home and settled from work they will chime in. I personally would not feel comfortable booking them, first impressions and customer goes along way in my book. A few of us are using All Occassions Limo. They have a GREAT PRICE that can't be beat and a few of the girls have actually already used them. I personally have yet to see the limo bus I am using but the customer service and the reco's on the board made it an easy decision. Good luck. HTH

    with what ive heard from other ladies all occasion limo is prob the best to go with.... just mention you saw their coupon in the entertainment book for 50% off and they will give it to you! i dont think you can beat that!

    DO NOT USE THEM. I USED THEM JUNE 20,2009 GOT NOTHING WE PAYED FOR EXCEPT A RIDE, I GOT MARRIED ON THE HOTTEST DAY OF THE SUMMER AND IT HAD NO AIR. HE WAS RUNNING THE HEAT !!!!!!!!!!! IT WAS DIRTY THE DRIVER WAS CRAZY & DROVE CRAZY- MY PHOTOGS COULD NOT EVEN FOLLOW!!! WE SPENT A MONTH GETTING AHOLD OF SOMEONE TO TALK TO DONT DO IT !!!!!!!!! MTMB

    Thanks for the input! I guess my first impression was correct. My FI made fun of me for wanting to drvie 45 minutes to look a limos. I am glad we checked it out first. Looks like we will be looking elsewhere for limo service.

    if your first impression isn't great - DO NOT go with them. We had a horrible impression with our limo company - www.platinumlimoh2.com and we ended up going with them beacuse they were less expensive - in a nutshell it only got worse from there. Terrible company - horrible customer service. Hubby and I wish we weould have just have went with our gut and not with the price.
