does anyone have a recommendation for a string quartet that plays a mix of traditional and modern/pop music?

    I'm using Rittenhouse String Quartet. My wedding hasn't happened yet, but they seem really, really good.

    We are using Shrewsbury String Quartet. We saw them play at a wedding and loved them, plus the price was right. Good Luck !

    Yeah, I can't wait to have them play!

    To get in to specifics, I think I am paying $900 for a quartet to play one half hour before ceremony, the half hour ceremony, and cocktail hour. So 2 hours all together. I believe if I downgrade to trio (which even they assured me sounded completely fine), it is $600 for the two hours.
